Yes, for our vibes on the go, we deliver for FREE if you are within 25 miles of Dayton, Ohio round trip. Delivery for outside of 25 miles is $5 with a minimum order of at least $30.

We accept payments through PayPal, cash app, apple pay, and venmo. We accept all forms of Credit Cards on "Bring the Bar to Me" events only. When booking an event 50% deposit is required 2 weeks prior to the event, this is the only way to lock in a date. If traveling more than 3 hours, a 50% deposit is due 30 days prior to the event. Full payment is due 48 hours to event date. Catch a Vibe Ent. Mobile Bartending will not perform any mobile bartending services until full payment is received.

Yes, tips are appreciated. We have two options to support gratuity. 1. A tip jar can be present and placed on the portable bar provided by the bartender for guest. 2. "Hosted Gratuity" in which the tip jar is eliminated and the host of the event pays 20% gratuity of the total cost of services.

If you have any allergies, it is vital that you record that in the Message area when inquiring about our services. We use a lot of real fruit and fruit juices without concentrate and we want to make sure you are safe.

Being the bar means that you have a bar area, with all the necessary tools needed to bartend an event.You simply need a highly motivated, engaging bartender. Bringing the Bar means I am doing just that! I will bring my portable LED bar, set up, and clean up when the event is over. I have all the necessary tools, mixers, juices, and utensils.
